Circa 1830-50. 2 storey stock brick villa the centre of front breaking forward
in broad canted bay, roof hipped over and hipped slate roof to whole, flat
eaves. 3 windows 1st floor, recessed sashes, slightly cambered heads, glazing
bars intact. Ground floor has 4 sash windows, 2 in canted sides of bay, no
glazing bars. Projecting rendered central porch with block cornice and parapet.
2 narrow side lights to round headed entrance. Modern glazed door.
