C18. 2 storey and attic. Chequer brick with red quoins and window surrounds, and
red rubber windowheads. Moulded brick eaves cornice. Old tile Mansard roof. 3
hipped dormers with small sashes. 5 windows on 1st floor, and 4 on ground floor all
with moulded frames and no glazing bars. C19 central door in clumsy stucco surround.
Secondary C19 door at left hand with pedimented stucco surround. Plate glass window
inserted into right hand ground floor.
The Crown Hotel and Nos 8 to 11 (consec) form a group.
Add to the last line of the descriptive notes "Modern single storey extension to right."
