Row of circa 1820-30 3 storey houses with attic and basement, red brick with grey
headers. Stone sill courses to ground and 1st floors, moulded wood frieze and
cornice, gable end slate roofs. Most have one flat roof dormer. Each house has
4 pane sash to right and 3 pane sash to left on upper floors, flat stucco arches.
Entrances below 3 pane wide windows - doors of 6 fielded panels with 2 pane rectangular
fanlights in modified Green Doric doorcases of engaged fluted columns and entablature.

All the listed buildings on the East Side, from 31 to 115 (odd), including
Gibson's Hotel, form a group.
