Cottage. Probably C18, enlarged circa 1970. Plastered cob on rubble footings,
brick stack: wheat reed thatched roof: C20 plastered blockwork extension with
thatched roof. Main block facing south onto road has 2-room plan divided by cob
crosswall. Larger room to right has fireplace in end wall and C20 extension
behind. 2 storeys. 2-window front of C20 extension behind. 2 storeys. 2-window
front of C20 extension behind. 2 storeys. 2-window front of C20 wooden casements.
Door has been moved from centre to left side under plain C20 porch. Roof hipped
each side, gabled to rear. Interior has plain chamfered crossbeam to main room and
2 original doorframes, solid frames with beaded surrounds. Roof structure
inaccessible.
