House. At one time known as No 24 Leconfield Estate. Early C17. Two storeys and
attic. Three windows. One central gabled dormer. Faced with coursed stone. Red
brick stringcourses. Half-hipped tiled roof. Casement windows with stone mullions
in cemented surrounds. Stone doorway with depressed pointed head. At the north
end is a recessed C18 addition of two storeys and two windows in ironstone rubble.
