Early C19. Painted brick with hipped slate roof. Two storeys, four windows; sashes with glazing bars, ground floor windows with cambered head linings. Focal position at junction of Fry's Lane, Warrisford Road and West Lane.

Yeouilton Cottage forms a group with Holly Cottage Appletree Cottage (building of local interest) and Everton Post Office on West Lane.
