Circa 1840 villa. Two storeys stucco faced, flanked by pilasters on
plinth. First floor stepped sill course. Low pitch hipped slate roof,
wide eaves. Three windows first floor, centre one blind, recessed, sash,
glazing bars intact. Small cast iron scrolled balconies with lead
rosette at intersection. Two wood frame bay windows, ground floor:
three lights, sash, later glazing bars, chamfered pilasters, frieze
and cornice, panelled bases. Central recessed door of four moulded
panels, two glazed, rectangular fanlight. Moulded doorcase, flanked
by Doric pilasters on fluted pedestals, architrave arched over with
vermiculated keystone. Panelled tyonpanum with incised decoration.
