Abuts Old Stone House: C15/C16 timber frame. 2 storey: 3 gables: Modern
plaster (Atlas White) filling. Stone plinth. Much original timber framing
in sound condition left. All bay windows remade in modern oak properly pegged,
with new length of moulded wood sill and other enrichment as necessary.
Renewals to moulded bargeboards likewise. New oak facsimile C16 ledged
and moulded door. Horsham slab roof, with modern square lead gutters and
down pipes. Largely original brick stack at ridge. Externally the building
can be considered as properly repaired and must present much the same general
appearance as in the C16.

Old Stone House, Clarendon House and Nos 1 and 2 form a group.
