Mid C18. Coursed hammer dressed stone and coursed rubble. Quoins to south east eleva-
tion. Pitched stone slate roof. Two storeys. South East elevation: Ground floor:
doorway with stone surrounds; one 4-light stone mullioned window. First floor: one 2-
light stone mullioned window. North West elevation (1 storey height only): doorway with
irregular sized quoins; one blind window. Included for group value.
