Early Cl9, 2 storey, stucco, lined and painted. 2 sash windows at each floor, west, near-flush-frame, now with centre glazing bars only. Pantile roof, hipped. Entrance on splay with double doors, divided fanlight. Windows on return sash, and 1 casement at ground floor.

All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West side) forma a group and also with Yew Tree House adjoining.
