House, dated 1712. Large dressed stone, stone slate roof. '2-room front double-
pile on plan. All are double chamfered mullioned windows to ground floor front.
5-light window with 5-light chamfered mullioned window over. Inserted doorway
with monolithic jambs. Housebody has 7-light window with 6-light window over.
Doorway with composite jambs has quoined lintel inscribed "R S 1 7 1 2"
"1 8 W. F. 9 0". Chamfered surround. Quoins. Rear has chamfered mullioned
windows of 2 lights, 2 lights and 6 lights with 4-light window over to 1st
floor. Central stack to ridge. Right hand return wall has doorway with double
tie-stone jambs (blocked) and 3-light chamfered mullioned window. C. F. Stell,
