Former town hall, now large shop. Mid C19. Stucco on studwork
with moulded 2nd-floor string with name frame under and
moulded architraves with segmental heads; dry Delabole slate
hipped roof. Double-depth plan. 3 storeys; 3-window 2nd-floor
range. Late C19 four-pane horned sashes including pair of
sashes to 1st-floor right. Wide late C20 shop front replacing
probable late C19 shop front of which a full-width moulded
cornice survives. INTERIOR: ground floor altered late C20.
