GV II

House. Early C19. Stucco with limestone dressings, pantile
hipped roof and gable stacks. Double-depth plan. Late Georgian
style. 2 storeys; 4-window range. Pilasters to a cornice and
parapet, ramped down to the left-hand end. Moulded
semicircular-arched doorway with key and impost, batswing
fanlight and 6-panel door. 8/8-pane sashes, 6/6-panes to the
pair over the door. INTERIOR not inspected. SUBSIDIARY
FEATURES: attached front garden wrought-iron railings and
gates with urn finials.
