Small house. Probably late C18; altered. Red brick in Englsh
garden wall bond, stone slate roof. Rectangular single-depth
plan. Two low storeys, a 2-window facade with doorway offset
right of centre (covered by early C20 triangular porch); early
C20 3-light top-hung casements on both floors (all now flanked
by pseudo-shutters); gable chimneys, that to the left
extruded. Similar fenestration to rear. Interior not
inspected. Included for group value.
