Outbuilding, barn and wheel-house. Mid - late C18. Coursed gritstone,
stone slate roof. L-shaped range: outbuilding attached to west end of
farmhouse, barn at right angles to outbuilding to south and wheel-house
Built against west wall of barn. Outbuilding: small segmental-headed cart
entrance in centre of south wall (facing yard); board door with plain lintel
to right. 1st floor: board door to far left with external steps built
against east wall of barn; square opening to centre. Barn: large segmental-
headed cart entrance with voussoirs, centre of east side. 3 tiers of vents
in flanking walls. Rear: blocked cart entrance under cat-slide roof; wheel-
house - stone foundation, brick piers, walling infilled with stone, pantile
roof; pentagonal hipped roof, timberwork surviving but in very poor
condition; no machinery remaining, now used as animal shelter.
