Early C19 three storeys 2 window stucco front. French windows 1st floor
and balcony with canopy, later lattice balustrade. Ground floor very
much altered as cafe premises. This and part of the Mocha Cafe adjoining
were among the early Esplanade houses. Despite alterations remains suit-
ably in scale with its balcony.

The Prospect Cafe and Mocha Cafe form a group with the Beach House on
the Esplanade.
