House and carriage house; now house and garage. Late C18, refenestrated
later. Squared limestone with painted chamfered quoins, pantile roof and
brick stack. Central-entry plan, one room deep, with rear service wing.
2-storey, 3-window quoined front with 2-storey, quoined bay at left.
6-panel door with overlight, flanked by C20 casements with painted stone
sills; ground-floor window in left bay blocked. All first-floor windows are
replacement casements. All openings have raised surrounds with triple
keyblocks. Cavetto-moulded eaves cornice, returned at each end. Coped
gables and shaped kneelers. Centre left stack. Rear: segmental arch of
voussoirs to carriage house. Right return: rear wing has 2-light, small-
pane horizontal-sliding sash on ground floor. On first floor a round-headed
window in a raised surround.
