Probably C17, altered, long 2 storey rectangular house, cob with hipped thatch
roof, 3, 1st floor casement windows, barn extension to south now converted
to wing dwelling with wide glazed double doors at ground floor. House has
central entrance. Extra entrance, to south.

Lower Barn, Orchard Green, Crofter's Court and Higher Barnes form a group.
