Barn. Mid - to late C17, with minor late C20 alterations. Coursed stone rubble,
with C20 cement render to west. Gable-ended Welsh-slate roof.
Plan: Aligned approximately north-south, adjoining stable block (q.v.) to north and
forming one side of stable courtyard to west of West Molland Barton (q.v.). Opposed
cart entrances. West front altered in the late C20.
Exterior: Court entrance to front (west) and rear, with pairs of large boarded doors
and wooden lintels (doors removed from front entrance). Small doorway to rear (east)
has (possibly reset) heavy C17 deep-chamfered wooden frame with pegged mason's-
mitred joints and wooden lintel.
Interior: Openings with splayed jambs. Six-bay roof has trusses with principal
rafters and lapped collars, and 3 pairs of purlins.
