ST 40 SW BROADWINDsOR SCHOOL LANE

4/61 Schoolhouse Farmhouse

II

Detached Farmhouse. Mid cl8, or later. Stone rubble walls. Thatch
roof with stone gable-coping at left hand. Brick stacks at left and
right hand gables. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 3-light wooden casements
with wooden cills. Dressed stone voussoirs. Front door at centre,
wood with glass panels, C20. Porch, with 4 stone columns on stone
bases. Roman-tiled pitched roof over. Wooden barge boards. Slate-
roofed extension at left-hand end. Rear wing has the same materials
and a brick stack at the rear gable.
