House. C18 restored C20. Built of red brick with grey headers,
the ground floor right-hand side restored in C20 brickwork
replacing a shopfront. Tiled roof with brick chimneystacks. 2
storeys 3 windows 12-pane sashes in moulded architraves, the
ground floor windows having rubbed brick arches. Central
doorcase with eaved architrave with elaborate keystone and
coved cornice. 6-flush-panelled door. Plinth. 1 wing of 1 bay
to rear with 16-pane sash.
Internally period brass door handles and bedroom chimneypiece
reported. Scratched on the glass of the rear landing window is
the name 'Almeria Perfect' and the date 'January 15 1796'.
