Shop with accommodation over. Probably late C18, perhaps a
remodelling of a mid C18 house. Painted Flemish bond brick;
slate roof; left end stacks have brick shafts with old pots.
Plan: Double depth plan, one room wide, with cartway to right.
Exterior: 3 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front. Deep eaves
with a moulded eaves cornice on moulded paired eaves brackets.
First floor late C18/early C19 20-pane sash. Early C19 12-pane
sash to the left, over the cartway. Second floor window right
is a 3/6-pane early C19 sash; C19 2-light casement to the
left, 3 panes per light. Late C20 shop front with a plate
glass shop window with a matching door.
Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
