Formerly Nos 2, 5 and 6 Cornwall Road.
Late C18-early C19 (ie after 1773 but before 1829). Double fronted house converted
earlier C19 into 2 semi-detached residences. 3 storeys and basements. 3 windows.
Grit stone ashlar. Stone slate roof with bracketed gutter and cornice over 3
storey bay with 3 light windows. Recesses sash windows with sill bands. Coupled
Doric doorcases with arched fanlights and panelled doors approached by steps.
Later flat entrance on south side. Mid C19 wrought iron railings.

[Promenade Court forms a group with Nos 7 to 12 (consec) Promenade Court and the
return of NO 30 Swan Road.
