House. Mid-late C18 of 2 builds. Hammer-dressed limestone, pantile roof.
2 ranges, that to right lower. Off-centre staircase-hallway entry to left
range and outshuts to rear. Left range: 2 right bays break forward
slightly. 6-panel door beneath divided overlight to right. Central
tripartite sash and paired sashes with glazing bars to left, both beneath
segmental arches. First floor: fixed window above door. Casements beneath
segmental arches to left. Gable coping, shaped kneelers, and ridge stack.
Right range: blocked doorway to left, central tripartite sash and sash with
glazing bars beneath flat stone arch to right. First floor: 2-light
Yorkshire sash to left, and derelict sashes with glazing bars to right.
Gable coping, shaped kneeler, right end and ridge stacks. Empty and
derelict at time of resurvey.
