House. Probably late C18 or early C19. One build with No 71
(qv). Rendered; slate roof; stack with brick shaft may be
shared with No 71.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1-window front, projecting
eaves carried on moulded paired brackets; fascia below eaves.
Recessed panelled front door with an overlight to ground floor
left, the doorway with a stucco eared shouldered architrave.
Similar architrave to ground floor window right which is a
late C19 2-pane horned sash with margin panes. First floor
window is a tripartite sash with 12 panes to the centre and 8
panes to the outer lights.
Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest.
