Formerly a lodge to Tilgate. Early C19. Two storeys octagonal flint building with
yellow brick dressings. Slate roof with brick chimney stack to right hand side.
Horizontally sliding sash windows. Square brick and glazed porch with tiled roof.
Originally a lodge to a house called Tilgate, since demolished except for the stable
wing which is part of a Leisure Complex.
