House, now two cottages. Circa early C17, altered. Timber-framed, plastered
and painted; pantiled steeply pitched roof to eaves. 2 storeys. 2 windows wide
with entrance between and C20 entrance to left return. Square-headed windows,
C20. Substantial end stacks. Interior with partly exposed timber framing, open
fireplace with fire beam to left end; coving supporting upstairs hearths to
fireplaces at both ends of house. C17 and C18 planked doors; early ironmongery.
Simple early tongue in groove panelling, etc.
