House. Mid C19. Roughcast, probably rubble walls, slate roof in 2 sections,
brick stack; section of roof to left with hipped end and wide eaves.
Plan and development: the building formed by the end bays of 2 adjoining buildings,
one to left higher than that to the right, the joined ends of each building a front
of 2 windows.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 1:1 windows, to left 2 c19 4-pane sash windows
with exposed sash boxes, to right on first floor a 12-pane sash window with exposed
sash box. Door opening to right, C20 4-panelled door, transomlight.
Interior: not inspected.
