Cottage. Probably C18 with a 1980s rear wing. Original block whitewashed rendered
cob with a thatched roof, half-hipped at the right end, gabled to the left end;
projecting left end stack. Rear-wing concrete block with a thatched roof.
Plan: L plan. The original block single depth, 2 rooms wide with one heated and one
unheated room.
Exterior: Single-storey and attic main block; asymmetrical 2 window front with a C20
porch to right of centre and C20 timber front door. C20 timber casements with
glazing bars are on either side of the front door on the ground floor. C20 timber
casements to the rear elevation.
Interior: Not inspected but said to have exposed carpentry.
