House. Probably C18. Whitewashed and rendered; thatched roof, hipped at right end;
axial stack with brick shafts right end stack.
Plain: Single depth plan with 2 principal heated rooms to the right and an entrance
to the left into a narrow room. Flying freehold with adjacent property at left which
has a first floor projecting over the ground floor of no. 1. The house is sited end
on to the street.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front, front door to left with a timber
lintel, additional door on front into right hand room. 2-light timber casements, 2
panes per light.
Interior: The fireplace to the axial stack has a chamfered lintel with runout stops
and a bread oven. The right hand room has a chamfered crossbeam with runout stops.
Roofspace not inspected.
