Drayton Lodge Farmhouse and former coach house adjoining to north west.

Farmhouse and coach house. Late C18. Red brick with ashlar plinth and hipped slate roof. Three storeys. Plinth, moulded wooden eaves cornice and two ridge stacks off-centre to left and right. Three bays; glazing-bar sashes, with gauged heads on ground and first floors. Central half-octagonal former porch with sill string and flat lead roof; glazing-bar sashes on three faces, with evidence of blocked central door. Entrance now rear. Left-hand elevation of one bay with blind windows.

Two storey former coach house set back to left. Red brick with hipped old tile roof; tall recessed blind round arch with gauged head and smaller semicircular window within.

Adjoins Drayton Lodge (qv) to east.
