Early C19. Detached larger house. Red brick; of 3 bays, the central slightly
advanced; 3 sash windows, the lowers tripartite; central moulded wood pilaster
doorcase with 3-light rectangular fanlight and canopy on iron trellis supports;
moulded stone eaves with central pediment; slates. The northern half of the
house incorporates part of an earlier structure and the rear portion at ground
storey has exposed ceiling beams, which may have been re-used. The interior
also retains a good original staircase.
