Early Cl9. Brick. Slate roof. 3 storeys. Heavy moulded stone cornice.
4 windows, double hung sashes with glazing bars. Band at lst floor cills. Ground
floor windows in moulded shouldered stone architraves with recessed apron. Plinth.
Plain shallow portico porch, bend on frieze continues at sides, supports stone bay
window with pediment. 3 steps; inset foot scrapers.
Nos 35 and 37 form a group.
