House in row. Circa early C19. Rendered walls, granite sills and asbestos slate
roof with gable end, right, and adjoining gable end of No 4, left.
Plan of large room left and smaller room right, flanking passage leading to stair
between rear service rooms.
3 storeys. Regular 4-window south west road front with doorway in third from left
opening with C19 4-panel door with flush beaded bottom panels. Projecting keystones
to slightly arched ground floor openings. All 12-pane horned sashes.
Interior not inspected.
