Detached cottage. C17. Whitewashed lower walls of stone with upper part of walls
plastered cob. Thatched roof. Large stone chimney inside west gable. 2 storey
C20 extension on right (east) with continuation of thatched roof. Two 2-light 4-
pane horizontal sliding sash windows on ground floor and 2 casement windows with
glazing bars on first floor directly above ground floor windows. C20 doorway
placed between opening with thatched canopy supported on timber posts. Extension
with C20 windows with glazing bars on ground and first floor and in east gable end.
Interior much altered. Exposed stone fireplace with chamfered timber lintel
(probably reused). Roof timbers replaced.
