SX 25 NE MORVAL TREGARLAND

Cottage. Circa mid C19. Stone rubble with slatehanging on right-hand gable end.
Slate roof with gable ends and deep overhanging eaves with rendered stone rubble
chimney stack, probably to parlour on left-hand gable end, and projecting stone
rubble kitchen stack on right-hand gable end. 2 room and central cross passage plan
with kitchen on right and C20 1-room extension to rear.
2 storeys symmetrical 2-window front with original C19 diamond-leaded glazing bars
intact. Ground floor with 2 C19 2-light casements below dressed stone segmental
arches. C19 gabled stone rubble open porch with slate roof, shaped bargeboards and
original triangular headed plank door in dressed stone arch. First floor with C19 2-
light casements in gabled half-dormers.
