Bridge. Early C18, partly rebuilt and widened on upstream side later in
C18. Dressed sandstone, widened in herringbone-tooled sandstone and
sandstone ashlar. 3 spans, with cutwaters, between canted abutments.
Segmental centre arch, recessed on downstream side, flanked by smaller round
arches. Roll mouldings on downstream side. Chamfered string course beneath
plain parapet with chamfered coping. Cutwaters rise into parapet to form
embrasures. Parapet interrupted in centre by an inset octagonal drum,
corbelled on outer side.
