GV II

House and attached cottage. Late C18 with late C19 porch; other C19 and C20
alterations. Dressed sandy limestone with timber porch; pantile roof with
brick stacks. 2-storey, 3-window front to house, with 2-storey, 1-window
cottage at left. House: 4-panel door with divided overlight beneath gabled
porch, flanked by squat 12-pane sashes. Similar windows flank a central
tall 12-pane sash on first floor. Painted stone sills to all windows and
painted flat arches to all openings. Coped gable and vestigial kneeler at
right. End stacks. Cottage: half-glazed door to right of 2-light casement,
beneath continuous painted timber lintel. C20 casement on first floor.
Coped gable, kneeler and stack at left end. Included for group value.
