House. 1781 on datestone. Herringbone tooled sandstone ashlar, pantile
roof. Central entry. 2 storeys, 3 first floor windows. 4-panel door with
datestone above: I + L Dowson. 2-light Yorkshire sashes with herringbone
1781
tooled lintels throughout. Swept roof, gable coping, shaped kneelers,
corniced end stacks.
