GV II

type whose downhouse has largely disappeared. Coursed herringbone-
tooled sandstone with plinth. Pantiled roof with stone copings,
kneelers and stacks. 2 storeys, 2 wide bays. Right lean-to
entrance section, possibly with original through-passage, now has
C20 six-panel door. Windows irregular; one C19 sash, lost intermediate
bars, and 3 plain casements. Block kneelers; left corniced chimney
and right chimney with flat cap.

South elevation shows a small chamfered fire window at left. Other
windows 3-light chamfered stone-mullioned casements, some casements
replaced by small early C19 sashes.

C20 lean-to to east is not of special interest.
