House, now school. c,1820-30. Painted stucco. Slate roof with gable end stacks.
Main range symmetrical on plan with single large principal rooms each side of wide
entrance hall, with gable-ended and L-shaped extensions to rear. 2-1-2 bays. 5
window range of hornless 12-paned sashes with moulded architrave to sash to centre
bay which breaks forward slightly. Central Doric porch with 2 engaged columns and
entablature framing elliptical arched doorway. Panelled sidelights with 2 panes
above each side of half-glazed panelled door with fanlight. 2 tall sashes to each
side, 6 over 9 panes with hoodmoulds supported on consoles. Interior much altered.
Cornices to principal rooms survive.
