Cottage. Late C19 repaired in 1921 by Christine Hamlyn. Rendered, colourwashed, slate roof with gabled ends; brick stack on the left. Two storeys, three bays, one and two-light casements, small panes, glazing bars. Central plank door opening, gabled slated porch.

Interior: not inspected.

Plan: central stair hall with flanking rooms.
