foot of Parminter grave 5 metres
south of south-west corner of
nave of Church of St Peter

Pair of gravestones. 1847. Slate. Straight-headed with scalloped decoration to
the corners. Headstone records death of Henry Parminter in 1847 and Susannah
Parminter died 1852. Stone at foot of grave with verse:
'Adieu! my wife and children all
I Yield to the Almighty's Call
my children dear pray love each other;
And cherish your afflicted mother'.
'Support her in declining years
Oh! Sooth and catch the falling tears
Any may the grace of God be given
To sanctify your souls for Heaven'.
with verse below from Job. Ch.19 v. 26
