Outbuilding. Early C18. Coursed stone with ashlar dressings, stone slate
roof. 2-storeys, 4 first-floor windows. Plinth. Quoins. 2 board doors in
quoined, chamfered surrounds. Double-chamfered mullion windows of one and
two lights. Shaped kneelers, ashlar copings.
