3/87 Lynn Farmhouse

GV II

House. C17, with later C19 additions. Original block timber framed with
pebbledash render, later block of chequered brick. Clay tile roofs. L-plan
of 2 storeys, with single-storeyed lean-to addition to front and 2-storeyed
addition with hipped roof within angle to rear. Original block N elevation
has one 3-light and one 2-light casements to ground floor, and 3 3-light
casements to first floor. Red brick multiple ridge stack. Main block L
elevation retains substantial external chimney stack to L of lean-to, in 3
stages, of red brick with pebbledash render to bottom stage.
