tile roof. 3-room plan, 2 storeys, gable end to road. Gable to road has part
glazed door and C20 casement to ground floor, and C20 casement to first floor.
E elevation has 3 windows to each floor, some C20, and part-glazed door. W
elevation has 2 integral chimney stacks in red brick.
