Cottage. Circa mid C19, remodelling of an earlier, probably C19 cottage.
Roughcast stone rubble. Asbestos tile roof with gabled ends, abutting
stack at right hand gable end with slate weathering and tapered cap,
heightened in red brick.
Plan: 2-room plan with central entrance, the right hand room heated from a
large gable end stack.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window east front. Tall late C19 or
C20 2-light casements, 2 panes per light. Central doorway with a late C19
panelled and glazed door and a simple wooden lattice gabled porch. Rear
elevation not inspected.
Interior: not inspected.
