- east of Middlewood Farmhouse

GV II

Barn. C18 with C19 additions and late C20 alterations. Rendered cob on stone rubble
plinth. Gable-ended C20 clay-tile roof (formerly thatched).
Plan: Barn aligned approximately north-south with central opposed cart entrances and
probably C19 outshut to west.
Exterior: Cart entrances with pair of boarded doors, wooden lintels and flanking
short sections of wall supporting shallow porches.
Interior not inspected.
The barn is included as part of a farmstead group, also including Middlewood
Farmhouse (q.v.).
