1/15 Lower Trelassick

GV II

Farmhouse. Early mid-C19. Shale rubble with granite quoins and dressings,
Delabole slate roof and brick gable chimneys. Symetrical 2 rooms deep, lean to
porch at rear. 2 storey, 3 windows. Slightly arched openings with granite
voussoirs. Central door of 6 flush beaded panels. Windows are 16-paned sashes
without horns. Rear has taller 12-paned window with hors. interior has open
welled stair with turned newel posts with finials and pendants under landings with
plain square balusters. Granite flagged path along front.
