Boundary stone/guidepost, mid C19. Roughly-dressed sandstone shaft,
approximately 36cm x 28cm x 91cm high. Inscribed 'DANBY' on west face, and
'MOORS
HOLM'on east face; bench mark on north face. On boundary between parishes
of Lockwood and Danby and counties of Cleveland and North Yorkshire; on
former Old West Road between Guisborough and Whitby.
